Adrian Ioinovici, an IEEE Fellow, is currently affiliated with the Holon Institute of Technology, Israel. He has previously held academic positions at several universities in China, where he was recognized as a “Thousand Talents” foreign expert. In addition, he holds honorary professorships at multiple institutions worldwide.
He was elevated to IEEE Fellow status in recognition of his pioneering contributions to switched-capacitor converters and has served as an Associate Editor for various IEEE Transactions.
Prof. Ioinovici is the author of Computer-Aided Analysis of Active Circuits (Marcel Dekker, 1990) and Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Systems, Volume 1: Fundamentals and Hard-Switching Converters (Wiley, 2013).
His primary research interests include switched-capacitor (SC) converters and inverters, high-gain DC converters, hybrid SC power electronics, and soft-switching converters. He has authored over 200 publications in IEEE Transactions and international conference proceedings.
